Using sugar as an artistic medium, so much has evolved in the crafts of cake decorating. From popular fondant cakes, gum paste flowers, icing and stringworks, to more recent topics like Korean buttercream, bean paste piping and sculpting, we seek to stay current by inviting renowned instructors to share their experience in hands-on classes, so you can bring home pretty art pieces, as well as highly precise techniques.
